What the team does

  1. Arrive before the end of Liturgy and set up the tables
  2. Prepare one main dish for the parish
  3. Make the coffee and the tea
  4. Set out the food, drinks, plates and utensils
  5. Welcome guests and newcomers at the table
  6. Keep the food area tidy and refill the dishes as they empty
  7. Refill the water — hot water for tea, cold water for drinking
  8. Wash the dishes and put everything back in its place
  9. Clear the tables, take out the trash and vacuum the hall

4 people serve each Sunday, after the Divine Liturgy. Fasting weeks are marked, with a short note about what to bring. Dates follow the old calendar.
